The Hands that Bring Us Christ Campaign for Priests

The vocations resource website www.vocation.com has launched a campaign of Eucharistic Adoration and letter-writing as a means for the Catholic faithful to show their gratitude to their priests and bishops for responding to their vocation, and to pray for the continued holiness and perseverance of their priests and bishops.

You can join this powerful effort through personal and action which includes the following:

Eucharistic Adoration:

&#8226 Participants simply go to www.vocation.com to register online their hours of Eucharistic Adoration for vocations in honor of their own priests.

&#8226 The simple registration process at www.vocation.com allows visitors to enter their name, location, and the times of the hours of Eucharistic Adoration that they will offer for vocations in their home parish, chapel or shrine. The site displays the 24-hour worldwide calendar of participating adorers.

&#8226 The campaign will last from May 2nd 2004 (World Day of Prayer for Vocations) to October 16th 2004 (the Anniversary of Pope John Paul’s election).

Write letters of Thanksgiving and Encouragement

&#8226 Use the online email at www.vocation.com to write messages of support to your priest or bishop, telling them of your prayer-gift, and encouraging them in their vocation. Please provide the email address of the recipient.
