Celeste Behe is the founder of the St. Monica Ministry, a dedicated community and prayer network offering hope to the families and friends of fallen-away Catholics. Thus far, thirty-four chapters of the St. Monica Ministry have been established in parishes across the U.S. Celeste has been writing for Catholic publications since 1998. Her column The Catholic Storyteller appears bimonthly in the AD Times, the newspaper of the Diocese of Allentown, PA. The column took First Place in the 2021 Catholic Press Awards. As a Bronx-born Italian and an accomplished Toastmaster, Celeste likes to entertain audiences with anecdotes about her New York City upbringing. It’s been said that she speaks from her heart, but she talks with her hands. Celeste is also a board game aficionado who will take on all challengers at Scrabble.
