Br. Joel Compacion Añasco, SC, is a religious brother of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart—Philippine Delegation. He previously served as the Prefect of Student Formation and taught Christian Living and Values Education at Cor Jesu College in Digos City. He holds a Master of Arts in Theology, major in Religious Education, and has been actively involved in pastoral ministry, education, and electoral volunteerism. He also completed Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Levels 1A and 1B at Silliman University Divinity School in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. His writings reflect a deep passion for spirituality, formation, and the healing presence of God in everyday life.
