Conception

My wife and I have been married for 3 years now.  We are in our early 30's.  We conceived a child 2 years ago but suffered through a miscarriage.  Since then we have not been able to conceive.  We have both seen doctors and they inform us that everything is normal.  They have put my wife on vitamins and some fertility drugs to make sure she has "healthy" eggs.  I, myself, feel confident that we will conceive a child one day.  My wife on the other hand is struggling with this.  Her "biological" clock is ticking.  She sees her friends enjoying their children and wishes to be a mother soon.  We always talked about having 5 or 6 kids, right now, we would gladly accept one.  I know in my heart we are still young, but it is hard getting my wife to believe that.  I just ask for some prayers for my wife.  Pray that whatever the will of God is for us, that we may accept it with faith and peace.  God Bless and many thanks…

Prayerfully,

Robert Roetting

P.S Went to my first Latin mass -pre-Vatican II version and I loved it.   Didn't understand a word of Latin but felt so peaceful….
