Are You Within Calling Distance?

Ephesians 4:1

I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called.

Paul tells us today that we should live a life worthy of “the calling to which you have been called.” As you go about your day today, remember that there is a call on your life. In other words, God has a plan for you today, he has “stuff” he wants you to tend to. Take a moment now and pray about today. Ask God to make you sensitive to opportunities to love, serve and sacrifice. By going to mass, reading Scripture and praying you will stand a better chance of living within calling distance. In your time of prayer, when all is quiet, listen to the call of the Master.
