Turn, Turn, Turn!

Sirach 17:25-26

Turn to the Lord and forsake your sins; pray in his presence and lessen your offenses. Return to the Most High and turn away from iniquity, and hate abominations intensely.

A very important question to ask today is: What will it take to get you to turn from your sins? So often people wait to turn to the Lord only when tragedy strikes, relationships crumble or anxiety raises its ugly head. Be wise and forsake your sins before God has to lovingly correct you. Pray throughout today that God will give you an intense hatred for sin and a deep longing for holiness. Be holy for He is holy!
