Special on Heaven Reveals Startling New Evidence of Life After Death

DENVER — Can science tell us what lies beyond death? Has anyone really gone to Heaven and returned to tell us about it? Have scientists found evidence that light is alive with a consciousness that surrounds us? Could it be that we are in the presence of God whenever we are in the presence of light?

These and other profound questions are addressed in a new Grizzly Adams(R) Productions/PAX-TV Network documentary special on Heaven which helps viewers decide for themselves whether life continues in a spiritual realm after physical death — and whether Heaven actually exists.

The world premiere of the special entitled The Search for Heaven, which aired on the PAX-TV Network during February 2005 Sweeps Saturday, February 19 from 9-10 PM EST/PST, examines the ancient biblical view of death in light of new scientific evidences, and several remarkable true-life dying experiences.

“This docu-dramatic special features the most comprehensive evidence ever compiled on the subject of Heaven,” says David W. Balsiger, producer of the Heaven special. “Respected medical doctors, physicists, biblical scholars, authors, and scientists establish through a chain of biblical, medical and scientific evidence that Heaven does indeed exist. With Heaven being a reality, it causes everyone to think more about life after death.”

Skeptic and believer alike can review the astounding results of several scientific studies, including one 25-year project that concluded, “For the first time in 8,000 years of recorded history, it can now be said with certainty that our mind, memory, personality, and soul will survive physical death.”

Recent advances in medical technology have allowed doctors to bring people back from the edge of death … and beyond. These medical miracles have given rise to the “near-death experience,” where people slip from the doctors' grasp to another place, and then come back to life, bringing with them remarkably vivid visions of Heaven. They tell about visions of seeing a bright light and of being surrounded by overwhelming love.

According to a Gallup Poll, more than eight million people worldwide have had a near-death experience.

Cardiologist Michael Sabom shares the astonishing account of Pam Reynolds' near-death experience while connected during surgery to a vast array of bio-monitors which prove scientifically that her visions were not the result of brain seizure, drug-induced hallucinations, or external stimuli.

Another medical expert and author of “God at the Speed of Light,” Dr. T. Baumann advances the new theory that God is actually light! Baumann asserts, “I feel there is a common element to balance the arguments for near-death experiences and the existence of Heaven. The common element is light … light is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, and has a consciousness.”

The DVD retail version of The Search for Heaven is being released by Video Source Distributors, Inc. and is expected to hit stores on March 22, 2005.
