San Francisco, CA Pro-life advocates who protest at abortion facilities in San Francisco would have to stay at least 100 feet away from anyone entering an abortion business. A proposed law by the city Board of Supervisors would also require them to ask permission before handing anyone entering a piece of literature. They will vote on the proposal Aug. 12. Dolores DeKroon, who protests in front of abortion clinics said, “I think it's absurd. Where are our First Amendment rights?” “We're not violent. We're peaceful. We love the persons we're approaching. We love the mothers, the babies, the fathers,” she said. “We want them to hear an alternative.”
