Dear Catholic Exchange:
I've read about the Sunday law and the change made from observing the Lord's Day on Saturday to Sunday. But God did say in the book of Exodus that, “But I lavish My love on those who love me and obey my commands, even for a thousand generations.” Had that meant God has never changed the Sabbath day from Saturday to Sunday, and Christians worship Him on Sundays in the form of a sign of Jesus' resurrection day rather than the evidence of Christ's word of changing this holy day?
