Proverbs 1:20

Wisdom cries aloud in the street;
in the markets she raises her voice.

This is a biblical way of saying wisdom is not a big secret.  Anybody with their eyes open and the sense God gave a goose can receive wisdom from God because he's not stingy with it.  Indeed, only the terminally clever can avoid wisdom because God's pouring it out on us by the bushel if we'll just listen up.  Wisdom doesn't huddle in some little cave like the Oracle at Delphi.  You don't have to climb some peak in the middle of the Himalayas to find her.  She's standing right in front of us all waving her hands and shouting "Hey!  I'm right here!  HEY!  You!  I'm talking to you!"  Wisdom is public and common, not esoteric and private.  God gives it to any Tom, Dick, or Harry who is not too proud to take it.  Today, ask for wisdom and receive it.
