Today, Jesus offers us release and forgiveness, just as he did in
Nazareth, two thousand years ago. Let us not be hardhearted, proud or
unbelieving. But in humble faith, let us open our hearts to the Lord
so that he may enter in and free us from all that imprisons us.
Jesus is the anointed one who brings freedom, healing and new life.
Let us come before him with all our needs and ask him to set us free
from sin and guilt so that we may know the true joy of forgiveness and
new life in him.
