Mompreneurs

May's edition of the Costco Connection offers a great article entitled Mom Inc. Motherhood inspires the creation of businesses .

The article profiles several creative mothers who've been successful at  launching businesses inspired by their roles as stay at home mothers.  The article is a big inspiration for any Mom (or Dad, for that manner) who ever had an idea that she thought might make a great product or service.  Interestingly, the topic of managing growth of your business is addressed – the moms interviewed comment upon the temptation to go global vs. the desire to remain at home and close to their children.  For most Moms I know who work from home, boundary issues like this are frequently at the forefront.
