Keep a Time Journal

Do you reach the end of your day and wonder where the time went? Is there some activity that you want to make a priority in your life but you aren't sure where you would ever find the time? Consider keeping a "time journal" for a couple of days. Keep a notebook with you to record what you actually do spend your time on. Yes, it will take some effort, but you may discover that you have more time that you think that you do, or that you are spending your time on something that really doesn't matter to you. It may be just what you need to really discover how you are spending your time and how to get more out of it.
