Cloning Again: Scientist To Plant ‘Electrified’ Egg in Womb

NEW YORK — Dr. Panayiotis Zavos, the American celebrity infertility doctor, claims he will unveil the world's first verified cloned human embryo somewhere in the Middle East in the next few months. He claims that unlike previous cloning claims, the unveiling will be accessible to TV cameras to satisfy the world of its veracity.

Media are saying that, this time, “There is compelling evidence that Zavos has indeed succeeded in creating a cloned human embryo that has grown to ten cells in size and which is now frozen in his secret laboratory.” The Raelian company Clonaid, by contrast, has announced a number of cloned babies actually born during the past year, but has not provided any proof.
