Christmas weekend Bridge Mass?

From you know where:

In the event anyone is tempted to think their dual obligations this weekend are satisfied by a Sunday afternoon "Bridge Mass," here is Father Fox setting the record straight and rallying the faithful in one of my comment boxes:

Don’t skip Mass! With Christmas Day falling on Monday, some may be tempted to think that Sunday “counts” for Monday, or vice-versa.

Nah, baby, nah! Sunday, December 24 is not Christmas, and both Sunday and Christmas are holy days of obligation. Instead of a “have to go” mentality, how about considering that participating in the Sacrifice of the Mass is the greatest privilege we have—what better way both to observe Sunday—the day of resurrection—and the day of our Lord’s birth?
