Today, Jesus encourages us to pray with perseverance and without stopping until God answers our prayers. He also tells us that God listens to our yearnings in life. His response may be different at times from what we expect or ask from him, but what is important is the knowledge that He cares for us and gives us what we need. When we pray, our attitude toward God should be one of a trusting child to his Father. We continue on even if we sometimes feel that we don’t receive any response.
Do we relate like a little child to God in our prayer life? Do we pray with perseverance or are we discouraged immediately when there seems to be no answer to our prayer?
