		<description>The USCCB is totally dropping the ball with this. It would be NICE to have in place programs at the Parish level that aggressively addressed this issue with programs to counter the &#039;safe sex&#039; message kids are given from kindergarten on. We have the technology to and the talent to do it, yet they do not use it. They use their power to force CCD kids to attend &#039;safe environment&#039; classes but they totally hold back on this issue.</description>
