And it seems that, regardless of the varied roles the kids have, they all have one in common. They all participate in the "instruction" of their parents, bringing their parents into full maturity, teaching them to be loving and self-giving beyond what they ever planned to be, or wanted to be. I'm almost jealous of the author. But our mere 8 are for us a complete family! Each one has a special role in the world. And it seems that, regardless of the varied roles the kids have, they all have one in common. I’m almost jealous of the author. But our mere 8 are for us a complete family!
