I've not done extensive reading on Roe v. Wade, etc., but I did read that Wade's argument was that the rights of the unborn child supercede the rights of the mother. I think that's logically and morally flawed. It is inconsistent with Catholic teaching, which maintains that any and all human lives are equally precious and holy. In that respect, Roe v. Wade was a no-win situation. I hold hope that a personhood amendment would rectify the logical omission.

Also, in regards to real feminism, the abortion culture coerces women to become ever more like men in order to be treated "equally". Abortion says that women have to be like men even in our reproductive capacity. Mainstream feminism totally misses this point. It's stupidity.

"Sexism is another of the most dangerous results of the abortion industry. Especially in the Far East, boys are preferred to girls as the child of choice. This is because of cultural preferences and governmental policies that intrude into the private decisions of families. As a result, there are tens of millions more babies in China and India that are male than female, and the countries either deny it is happening or say they can’t understand why this would occur. This male preference is starting to spread to other parts of the world, and the imbalance between living baby boys and living baby girls is growing. A science fiction book is begging to be written."

It has already been written. "The Rainbow Cadenza" by J. Niel Schulman, published by Pulpless.com

I think this is an excellent point that we need to change the language.
Pro-aborts really don't care about racism, sexism, or cruelty. After all, if you are murdering unborn children, what could possibly be worse than that?

But, the pro-aborts are aligned with the left, many of whom hold issues of racism, sexism, and cruelty dearer to them than the abstract notion of "abortion". The right pro-life strategy is to drive a wedge between the pro-aborts and the rest of the left. This language helps move things into this direction.
