And this is absolutely true. When the government is in charge of health care, you and your doctor lose a great deal of discretion over what sorts of care you are able to receive. In essence, the citizen must petition the government to save his life if it is threatened in any way that the government did not foresee, or is treated by something that the government has decided not to fund. And remember, it is Obama's various policy czars who will write the regulations.
