Can you point to where it says congress can order you to buy health care, else pay a fine?

If not, the first step would be to amend the constitution to give the power to the federal government.  No other question should precede this.

If you can&#039;t explain where the authority comes from, you need to go get it, not just assume it.  Congress people swore an oath to defend the constitution.  If they can&#039;t explain where the authority comes from, they would be breaking their oath to attempt to do it anyway.</description>
