Because of my love for cooking The Food Network is probably the only other channel, besides EWTN, that I watch anymore. What a great treat it was to see Fr. Leo on Bobby Flay's program and to finally see a Catholic priest portrayed on secular television in a positive light. I immediately sent The Food Network an e-mail thanking them and asking them to consider having Fr. Leo be a guest on other programs and maybe even give him a shot at his own program. He is such a positive role model and he is an incredible witness for the faith, for priesthood and for family with his ministry Grace Before Meals. What a great opportunity this was to evangelize to millions of households who would not normally tune into Catholic or Christian media. I hope and pray that the Food Network will bring Fr. Leo back on future programs. If you haven't already done so, flood the Food Network with e-mails requesting to see Fr. Leo on future programs.
