		<description>Well, with a little stretch it could be called the Nobel Feel-Good Prize or, with a big stretch, the Nobel Goodwill Prize.  But since it is called the Nobel Peace Prize, the Committee that awarded it deserves all the satire and criticism that was leveled at it, and more.</description>
