Doesn’t “losers with the exactly wrong playbook” define the descent of the ‘leadership’ within Wash.D.C. and so many state capitals?

“Breathtaking” sort of defines what we call “education” nowadays. What better way to bring on the culture of death and decay of civilization than with ‘smothering’ our citizens and their children with evil, sin and trivialities?

(Indeed, can any wonder about the choice my late wife and I made never to own a television? That has become a choice of spending our leisure on God, each other, and ultimately, growing up into love of God, self and neighbor. Life is too short to spend it ‘away from each other’ sitting together in front of the proverbial ‘boob tube’.)

I derive no satisfaction from any ‘we told you so’ attitude, and so many just will not listen. Maybe, they’ll hear and abide the words of those who have gone through the wringer of tyrannical socialistic hegemony? And, Dr. Hendrickson, send the Google link to our bishops, who just came out saying they like some of the current administration’s ways – even as any part of the ways are likely to lead to all the rest. And, this lack of sense even as Catholicism is right in the cross-hairs of secular ‘political correctness’.
