The Unicef equipment list is more damning than you think, since it also includes cranioclasts, Smellie perforators, and decapition hooks. While these pieces of equipment can be used to deliver an already dead infant in rare situations, they are much more commonly used for late term abortions, to crush the skull of the child, and dismember its body.
