Watch the movie "The Miracle of Marcelleno" sometime. He was a saint who was 5 or 6 years old. You can't help but fall in love with him. This kid just had a beautiful heart. He was "bad" a lot, though. He disobeyed his guardians, he stole apples, and threw rocks at people and he stole the monks' bread and wine from the supper table. When he was "bored" he would go explore forbidden territory. The Lord knew all of this, but He made Marcelleno a saint anyway. Jesus loved him, because Marcellino loved Jesus - with all of his beautiful, little heart. The monks tried really hard to become holy. They studied alot, lived in poverty, prayed a great deal and loved Jesus, Marcellino and each other very much. The monks discovered a bit too late though, that Marcellina had a heart made of gold.
