Btw, I also choose from the dollar menu when I eat out, and shop the discount stores whenever I can.  When I need gas in my car, I can&#039;t justify spending 50-cents a gallon more for premium when the car runs just as well on regular.  Similarly, when my body needs &quot;fuel&quot;, I can&#039;t justify paying more for &quot;premium&quot; food when &quot;regular&quot; works just as well.</description>
