Know how we "march into" the Rosary with the 'preface' prayers of the 'Creed', an 'Our Father', three 'Hail Marys', a 'Glory Be', plus the 'Fatima Prayer' as attached to every Glory Be?

Well, I "march out" of every Rosary I say with, of course, the 'Hail, Holy Queen' and 'O God, Whose Only-Begotten Son' followed by the 'Memorare' to Mary, the prayer - a warrior's battle hymn - to Saint Michael and the Act of Contrition.

Sometimes, in lonely reflection, I will call on Saint Michael that he recognize me in his band of brothers - reminding myself that he would lead us, as the phrase of Man from La Mancha notes, "to march into hell for a heavenly cause".

OUr church doesn't pray it although my family always does after mass (along with other prayers of thanksgiving).

I emailed all my friends asking them to pray the St Michael prayer after mass for the conversion of America during the election.

Thank you for this article. It will be helpful in rekindling this important prayer and post mass devotion.

Sadly, our parish does not pray the St. Michael prayer ( nor do neighboring parishes), but our family does ( after Mass and at home....daily). We pray not only for the end of abortion, but also for our Law Enforcement Officers who are dealing with the increased evil on the streets of America ( St. Michael has answered many prayers for our family members in the Law Enforcement field). We also pray St. Michael will assist our military. Thank you for the petition to ask our priests and bishops to invoke the aid of St. Michael in our troubled world.
