I often pray for conversion of the Pro-aborts, especially the “Catholic” politicians, and was also reminded of the “Holy Communion” issue. Perhaps this will lead to a change of heart for many?
The tragedy in China has made them at least temporarily suspend the “one child” policy. When God shakes your world sometimes even pro-aborts re-consider. We all need to pray for a change for our country -to become God-fearing and pro-life once again.

It is my belief that he supports abortion so vehemently because he tells himself that an accident would not have been necessary to end Mary Jo Kopechne’s pregnancy. His change in stance dates from that time. God have mercy on us all.

The Body and Blood of Christ that Kennedy has been publicly scandalizing has brought him condemnation. We trust in God’s mercy to save all sinners.

I believe we must pray Ted is surrounded by solid Catholic advisers as well. I don’t think that has always been the case. If Ted were to have a conversion before he passes and makes a public declaration, imagine the chaos that would create.
Is Fr. Euteneuer alluding to 1 Cor. 11:27-30 in his last paragraph?

As much as I consider myself to be 1000% prolife, I worry about that day when Jesus will ask me, “Did you do all you could do the protect and defend the innocent.” Many days, because of complancence, sloth, or frustration, I have found myself lacking in the will to go forward in the fight. May God have mercy on all of us who live in this time of slaughter.

As much as I dislike Edward Kennedy as a person, I think he is a big blow hog and a far left lunny, I do pray for his conversion. I pray that before he dies that he will repent and seek God’s mercy for I wish no one when they stand before Jesus Christ to hear those terrible words, I do not know where (you) are from. Depart from me, all you evildoers!’
