Making Meetings More Productive

Everyone knows what a time-waster meetings can be. Here is a good idea for making that time more beneficial - Assign tasks before the meeting! With everyone on email, it is possible to send out tasks to people easily. Have each person be in charge of some research so that once the meeting begins, the time can be used for discussion and decision-making, rather than stating the problem and assigning tasks. This should help cut down the need for a second meeting!
