		<description>&lt;p&gt;A few years back when I lived in Europe, one of the guys was going to Amsterdam and asked about the &quot;red light district&quot; and if it was okay to go with his family.  After being told where to avoid, he wondered about Europeans&#039; casual acceptance of the &quot;sex industry&quot; and why that was.  My boss answered, &quot;All of the men with moral courage died in the war, so in their absence, Europe has raised a generation of hedonists.&quot;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
