I don't understand why the picture would bother Catholic readers. Is there a specific size in which Jesus should be as He appears before us in the Blessed Sacrament ? When I opened the Home page of CatholicExchange this morning, my children were delighted by the picture..."ooooing and ahhhing" at this magnificent site! It is truly a beautiful site, no matter the size of the Host. Are the readers discouraged or upset when they receive a smaller than usual Body of Christ during communion ( I have received crumbs" at some Masses, but it doesn't matter the size...It is our Lord! We have been to many Adoration Chapels in our travels and we have seen the Blessed Sacrament in all sizes, from very small, to large like in this picture.

I do not think this is an issue of "Bigger is better"...this is our Lord before us. Was this picture taken at a Mass somewhere, our perhaps before an Adoration hour?

I also want to add that I think there are other more important abuses in Masses today that need to be addressed, rather than the size of the Host.

Rich, I will gladly purchase it and send it to you. Several copies if you wish. A Mass offering in Tanzania would be my only request. I will contact you through your e-mail.

About the article, specifically the picture. There were commercials running recently about how bigger is NOT better. This would fit. I don't want to make fun because in this case it would be sacriligious. The liturgy people in a lot of cases get carried away to the point of being comical. The Mass is serious and needs to have all the proper proportions.

Greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

From the digression by Br James I think that this is a book needed by many of us Catholics in this part of the world.

Could someone please inform me on how I can purchase a copy of The Little Catechism from Tanzania? Of course I have no credit card but can pay a few dollars including freight to:

RICHARD J NGOWI

BOX 6010-ARUSHA-TANZANIA

My e-mailaddress is: richngowi@yahoo.com
