I'd love to read that book.

May God bless all side walk counselors and all "pray-ers"!

Donna

I'm very thankful for this article, because I've been depressed about a very disturbing pro-abortion article I read two days ago in the New York Times. It is written by an abortionist who is a staunch abortion defender despite the fact that she mentions upsetting situations like the time she performed an abortion on a rape victim, only to find out that the baby (embryo as she calls it) was further along in the pregnancy than she thought and was therefore actually the husband's baby, not the rapists'. This abortionist feels that more people are "pro-choice" than admit to it; she talks about how in some conservative town where polls short a pro-life predominance, the voting record tells a different story. She also mentioned that once she performed an abortion on a woman who used to picket outside her abortion clinic. That was the thing that upset me the most. Who knows if she's even telling the truth, but if she is, I'm sure that was a very isolated incident. Unfortunately, her article is going to give so much fuel to the pro-abortion movement. This has been weighing heavily on my mind, and this article helps to put it in perspective that the pro life movement is making plenty of its own gains.
