Another Good Reason to Exercise

We all know we should exercise. It is good for our bodies and our mental well-being. Now research shows that exercise also helps our memories. According to an article in the August/September issue of Working Mother , researchers at Columbia University Medical Center have shown a growth of neurons in the area of the brain that is associated with age-related memory decline. Yet another good reason to make the time to exercise.
