2 Peter 2:1
But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction.
Attention: Priests and theologians who defile the grace of ordination by teaching that the body of Jesus was eaten by wild dogs, or who sneer at the Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist, or who support abortion! This verse is directed to you. Take that millstone off your neck while you’ve still got time. And if you, gentle Reader, have been lied to by a false teacher, don’t let it turn you off from Jesus, his gospel, or his Church. There have always been Judases. Refusal to forgive only punishes you, it does nothing to heal anybody. God sees. Our task is to trust him.
